Peace Through Prosperity (PTP) is a Public Private Partnership model designed to help governments unlock value from sovereign bond and other assets, backed by natural resournces, in order access capital for economic and human development. The fundamental principle is simple: a country can leverage assets and instruments it already possesses to help finance its own development. These assets may include sovereign bonds and other government financial instruments, as well as potentially monetizable assets such as carbon credits, natural resource interests, strategic minerals, energy resources, environmental assets, and other qualified instruments. The result is a mechanism through which governments can convert dormant or underutilized sovereign value into productive capital without relying exclusively on new taxation, additional sovereign borrowing, or traditional foreign aid.

PTP seeks to connect sovereign assets with international private capital and financial institutions. Through a structured monetization process, value can be realized from those assets and a designated portion of the resulting proceeds directed into a PTP Fund for the benefit of the country and its people.

This is Peace Through Strength’s logical successor: Strength sets the table. Prosperity gets served.
